Ramboda Falls Hotel, Ramboda

The hotel is situated in a tranquil environment in the hills of Sri Lanka, with the majestic Ramboda Falls just a stone's throw away, offering a lovely location. The rooms, though small and without windows, were clean but slightly tired. Service from the staff, including reception and room service, was attentive and kind. The dining experience provided a taste of local Sri Lankan cuisine, with some dishes being tasty while others were simple. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with direct views of the falls, making it a remarkable experience. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the room servicing was top-notch. However, the lack of air-conditioning in most rooms was a drawback.

The rooms were pretty small and cramped up, but very clean with two double beds, ideal for families.
